Feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, stressed or stuck?

Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy can support with:

  • Stress and difficulty switching off
  • Feeling physically tense or “stuck”
  • Increased relaxation and nervous-system regulation
  • Reducing overwhelm or a sense of depletion

What to Expect

A craniosacral therapy session is a gentle, quiet opportunity to slow down, settle and reconnect with yourself.

Your session begins with a brief conversation about how you are feeling and what you would like support with. You remain fully clothed and usually lie on your back on the table.

I use a very light, gentle touch at different points on the body, working in a calm and unhurried way.

Many people experience the session as deeply restful. You may notice sensations such as warmth, movement, tingling or a feeling of spaciousness, while others simply become very relaxed or quiet. A session is different for everyone.

My intention is to provide a safe, supportive space where you can slow down, listen to your body and simply be.

Sessions are tailored to you and your needs on the day.

Acknowledgments

I acknowledge that the framework of Craniosacral Therapy
has evolved from Osteopathy which in turn was taken by Andrew Taylor Still
from the Cherokee Shawnee practice of doctoring or bonesetting.
There is grief in this acknowledgment
and an understanding the Cherokee Shawnee wisdom
was not legitimised or acknowledged at the time.

I acknowledge the land that I practice on is the indigenous land of the Norsemen
and the North Germanic Tribes of which part of my own ancestral lineage flows.
