Transformation and Integration through Grief and Death

"When one thing dies all things die together, and must live again in a different way,
when one thing is missing everything is missing, and must be found again in a new whole.
-David Whyte
When a living being dies, everything close to them also goes through death, where high levels of cortisol in the body kill off old cells at a faster rate. This is the wisdom of the body in supporting to form new ways of support and attachment. I weave deep listening and somatic touch together to support a person who is on the path to their final goodbye, as well as to support those close to them in their grieving. I focus on the the whole self through embodiment practices to create as much safety as possible and support with the integration of grief and stress.
An example of support may be home visits to accompany you in any thoughts and processes you may be going through as well as offering gentle touch to calm to nervous system and hold the body.
